  • Insurance policies vary greatly and we ask that our patients consult with their insurance providers to understand their plan benefits.

  • We do not offer any in office payment plans. If you do not have any insurance, we offer a 5% discount if paid at the time of service with cash or check. We also offer a 10% senior citizen discount for those age 65+ if paid at the time of service with cash or check.
